HOW DO I TAKE A TINCTURE?

You can take tinctures directly into your mouth, under your tongue, or in a few ounces of water. Or, spruce them up with some sparkling water or add to a smoothie. You need to make sure you take all of the tincture, and that the way you take it works for you.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE AND VEGAN?

Yes, all of our products are gluten-free. However, any products containing milk oats should be approached with caution if you have Celiac's disease. Yes, all our products are vegan and use only plants and plant-based ingredients.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?

All of the botanicals used in our products come from certified organic sources. 

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR HERBS?

We source directly from small farms and work with sustainable herd suppliers. We avoid wildcrafted herbs to protect vulnerable native plants, unless our team is harvesting a small portion by hand directly. 

DO YOU EVER OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we do. The best way to stay informed about discounts is to sign up for our newsletter. 

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

Because we are a small business, we do not have a sample program. 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE DURING PREGNANCY AND/OR BREASTFEEDING?

We recommend you consult with your healthcare provider before starting a new herbal regimen. We cannot offer this type of advise. 

ABOUT OUR CBD PRODUCTS

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a naturally occurring compound found in Cannabis plants. The plants produce it as a defense. All of our products are derived from organic Hemp, which means they contain less than 0.3% THC.

CBD interacts with the body in a way that’s been shown to regulate relaxation, pain relief, sound sleep, mood, the immune system, and memory.

Will CBD make me "high"?

No. Our products contain less than 0.3% THC and are not mind altering.

Is CBD legal?

Our CBD is extracted from industrial hemp and is legal in all 50 states.

Can I overdose on CBD?

No. However, a high dose may make you sleepy.

ADAPTOGENIC CBD

How do I use my Adaptogenic CBD?

The drops can be mixed with food, juice, sparkling water, tea, smoothies, food, or under the tongue. The CBD milligram dosage is measured by the dropperful. 

Can I mix different blends?

Yes. However, please use common sense. Mixing two contradictory blends, like 'Energy' and 'Sleep' makes no sense. 

Can I mix CBD with alcohol?

Yes.

How quickly do you ship?

Most orders are processed in 1 - 4 business days. We do not ship on weekends, federal holidays, or postal holidays. During coronavirus we are shipping once a week to limit our teams exposure.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We are unable to offer expedited shipping. All orders are shipped USPS, First Class Mail or FedEx.

Where do you ship CBD products?

State laws limit CBD shipping to the following states in the United States of America: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

We do not ship CBD outside of the United States. Within the United States we are not permitted to ship CBD to Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and South Dakota. However, check the stockist list for stores in these states that carry Desert Bloom CBD products.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

If your product was damaged, we will exchange the item for a non-damaged unit. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your package.

My order is lost. What should I do?

Please call USPS first. Then email our team.

I have opened the product and used it once. Can I return it?

Used or opened items cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
