Which Herbs are Adaptogens?

Adaptogens are a special class of herbs that are known for their multi-level ability to protect and prevent the body and mind from the damaging effects of physical, biological, and emotional stress that you may have faced in your past, or are currently dealing with. They target multiple functions in the body and provide it what you need in that moment by interacting with our endocrine system.

We've put together a lit of adaptogens that will be beneficial to your body, including American Ginseng Root, Ashwagandha Root, Asian Ginseng Root, Cordyceps Mushroom, Dan Shen Root, Eleuthero Root, Holy Basil (Tulsi) herb, Jiogulan herb, Licorice Rhizome, Reishi fungus, Rhaponticum Root, Rhodiola Root, Wu Wi Zi berries and seeds (Schisandra), Astragalus, and Maca Root.
